I just bought the Eastwood 175 MIG welder and I set it up and plugged it in to feed the wire through the gun and I noticed when I pull the trigger the wire starts where it should on a particular setting then slows down. It does this on all settings and barely moves at all when set at 1. Please help!!

Never mind I figured it out. I still had the line wrapped up on the cart. Works great now

You can adjust the tension on the Wire Feed drive rollers...don't tighten it where it crushes the wire, but it shouldn't slip too much either....sounds like it may be set a touch loose and the wire is slipping...also make sure that the drive rollers have a groove on them for the size wire that you are using.
