Re: Older Miller xr feeder question

I asked Miller directly and nothing will work with the unit. It's from 1989 and they don't make any parts for it anymore. That being, does anyone have any XR30 pistol parts laying around ?? I'm looking for drivers and the trigger mechanism. Also interested in finding an optima box

Older Miller xr feeder question

I just picked up an older Miller xr feeder box and all it says on it is XR. I was wondering if I can remove the xr pistol on it and install the newer alumapro xr gun? Thanks guys

Re: Mobile welding setup

My new rig is a 305g, an ln25, a spool gun module and gun, hypertherm pm30 air, and my htp 221. I can weld anything except the crack of dawn. Sent from my SM-G920P using Tapatalk Nice setup. I want to give Lincoln a try. I have always been a Miller guy. My main shop welder I have used the most are ...

Re: Mobile welding setup

Good point. I was thinking I could nail two birds with one stone and buy the 350p and have a shop welder and a mobile welder. And also I was just sticking with what I know and am familiar most with. But having the mobility of that LN 25 would be really nice. I do a lot of 3/8-3/4" aluminum weld...

Re: Mobile welding setup

I'd scrap the idea of dragging around a shop welder and get a good engine drive like a miller bobcat or trailblazer or a lincoln ranger. These will be the most economical. Then if you want miggability get an LN25 from lincoln. As far as welding aluminum you can get a module and spool gun that will ...

Re: Welding Trailer

Nice job! I'm in the process of making a flat bed with side skirts and storage for tools, for my truck and outfitting it with a possibly a trail blazer for a power source. And a Miller mig, air compressor, and vise. Lots of work around for a guy who can weld mobile. Great work !

Re: Optrel welding product giveaway plus 20% off code

I have owned three optrel e680 hoods. One for aluminum and one for structural steel. And one was destroyed by a plasma torch. Hands down my favorite hood for over head welding! I would love to have some free optrel stuff. Enter me please
