i started off with a certiflat table....it was a great introduction to these types of tables without the high cost investment...after almost 2 years of working with this table...ive decided to upgrade my table... the new table is the buildpro max thus no big gaps between plates.. 8' x 4' http://i14....

since your machine doesnt have the amperage... you can preheat the 3/8 for one....if you still cant get a bead... helium will also help your machine... and start the bead on the 3/8 before going to the .120 ....and get rid of any anodizing if there

get ready to spend some $$$ on fixturing ...i try to spend a few at a time and things i would need....stronghand is what i usually get...maybe someday ill get a stronghand table

I received my Certiflat table in Nov 2015. It is a fab block with legs... fab blocks are 1/4 thick...sure they arent the thickest as the build pros are 5/8 thick. My table isnt meant to really beat on it but for light duty fixturing. sure it may not be perfectly flat....but will .001" really ma...
