I am using a 110 mig welder with Aluminum spool gun, my welds do not seem to get hot enough compared to what I see online from other guys. Can I do a Argon 90% to Helium 10% to increase the heat? Other suggestions?

bending/flexing I have been trying to work with aluminum for the weight properties but I just cant seem to get it right and I am getting very frustrated. I seem to be able to weld steel with no problems at all. I am making a bed frame and cabinets for my RV/Van so I dont want to have to much weight ...

I am looking at a Miller 141 and spoolmate 100 to weld 1x1 1/8" aluminum tubing. Good idea? Anything you guys know that would be better and can still run on 110v?

I live in Tyler, TX. I travel to Dallas TX all the time so anywhere around there is great. I am welding 1/8 inch aluminum square tubing and just cant seem to get stuff to look like Jodys videos:) If anyone is willing to teach Im paying:)
