nice stand.i made one years ago and still use it to this day.i made the legs removable that way if needed i can take them off and tack it to a table.i welded 3 sch80 collars to the bottom of some 3/8 plate and screw the legs in when i need to use it.you'll never know how much a portable vise is need...

yea i wouldn't be selling it for a buisness it would be from 1 member to another.i can get the stuff from the pawn shop for what they pay for it what i was gonna do is if someone wants something i'll buy it from my boss and then sell it as if it was mine wich it would be if i buy it.

i burn jet rods on some load out jobs cant tell you what diameter they are because i never checkedbut they are 1/4 or close to iti normally run them in the 350+ amps range.i sure would like to see a monster rod that burns at 700 amps that would be a beast. probably get some 1/2 round bar and dip it ...

hose is good flow rate is in between 15cfs to 20 at the most no wind or breeze.

yea it does zap you i got zapped the otherday i put my elbo on the table and she bit me good.not nearly as bad as what happened putting the rod in the whip .

funny you mention the falling part . i had a few guys on facebook say i should have put a round bar around the top. the reason i cut the flames was whoever cut the cap off the tank cut it off really crooked in some spots it dipped down about 2inchs thats when i figured i could hide the cut by cuttin...

Thanks for the info.I'm really just looking to be able to do some tig repair work with my boboat til I can get a proper tig machine.will the 251d hook up to my bobcat with just welding leads .if I can get by like that for a little while I will be able to get more money to get a tig machine.

yea i use the gel but i mainly use the anti splatter for the metal makes for easy cleanup of bb's. but i do agree the gel is great for the gun nozzle.the cans seem to run out of propelant i have popped holes in them and let the fluid drain on the metal but it gets messy.there was a video of a guy wh...

had two neck surgeries got a cervical cage a c4/4 and plate 4 screws at c6/7 c4/5 and c5/6 fused naturally after the two surgeries i get neck pain alot. best thing to do is keep going don't stop.

most metals used on equipment are tempered steel so don't forget to preheat or you just might comeback the next day to see cracks.
