They took care of me too...4-in-1 sliding arm clamp came apart so they sent me the part I needed and a free Shark clamp. Never woulda bought it on my own, but now that I’ve tried it it’s extremely useful. Really like their mag tabs too, have been handy. I guess customer service isn’t completely dead...

I’ve bought and used these a few times now and really don’t think you can beat them for the money. They also have some good promotions for discounts. I’m going to try some of their aluminum discs and wheels as well. Like tungstendipper said, I just laugh at the $4-$10 discs now after finding Benchma...

I'm about 45 minutes North of Pittsburgh up in Ford City and work in Saxonburg, so not far either. I am just a hobby welder still learning all processes, but anything I can do please let me know. It's nice to see others from the area.

Thank you entity-unknown. I downloaded your design and had it printed off at work...I gotta say I really like this thing so far. Being that I am still newer to Tig welding, this tool is helping me stay more consistent with my grinding and speeds the process up for me. No it's not a $300 grinder, but...
