what is the air pressure to move the flux to the weld nozzle Lincoln and there flux tanks for the K-114 guns is around 30 psi and if the flux gets real granny like sea salt it can to clog a lot just like too fine can blow out

what gas ? if useing co is there a plastic flat spacer between the bottle and flow meter ?

when i use this at 350 wf and 19-20 volts it just spits and stutters but when I turn volts up to 23-25 volts it just makes a steady hiss using 98/8 gas any ideals what I am doing wrong at lower volts welding plain steel A-36
