I was asked to build something similar to this skate rail. It may be out of square tubing or pipe, not sure yet. But I was curious how to get the angle of the middle section? Is it a matter of just making the right cuts and fitting the pieces together to achieve that downward angle? Help a noob out....

Hey everyone. Just looking for some tips on stick welding some pipe saddle joints. I am running off of a miller bobcat 250 and have access to 5/32 6010 and 1/8 7018 rods. I’m used to mig and tig from my job, haven’t ran stick in a while. Any tips for these saddle joints?
