Been moving some stuff and had some wiring done. But here is my Syncrowave. Just waiting to be hooked up properly in its permanent spot as I get things more setup.

Unrelated to your question but I want you to do something for me. Get a piece of clean scrap metal. Practice making welds without filler. Just learn how to make the puddle and get the flow going. Once you feel comfortable with that Start adding filler and practicing that. Eventually as you gain conf...

Stainless can be pretty malleable. That series stainless will work harden if allowed to get too hot while machining.

What technique are you planning to use for forming? That will allow me to better answer your questions.

The problem with a solid topped welding table is if you want to clamp anything you are restricted to the outside edge. A table with 16mm or threaded holes allows you to put clamps where ever you want which is incredibly handy. At my day job I use a solid top table and I’ve had times where a fixture ...
