Thanks for all the suggestions. It's a twin turbo v6 car so it does get pretty toasty. I'm going to hold off on the underhood tank until I get some temperature numbers. I'll have the pump pull from the rear for now.

Hi all. I built an underhood fuel surge tank using 5356 because it needs to be anodized. Then I happened upon 5356s potential for failure at temps over 150⁰. Would the anodizing process help prevent any type of stress cracking or weld failure with this or would I just start over with a different fil...
