That looks similar to the Glen-l "Snake Shooter" I'm kicking around building (I'm kinda talking myself out of it, and into finding a different design/getting someone to design one for me, as I'm not crazy about certain features on that). Why are you TIGing those, and not using your spoolgun?

Unless you have 3 phase power, the 200 will not be beneficial to you (If I remember correctly, on single phase 230v power, it maxes at 185 amps - you can't use the last 15 without 3 phase).
