Thanks for the tips. I think I will drill and tap some holes in my welding table to attach some clamps.

How to hold pieces of aluminum together to tack them
Pretty basic to most of you I am sure. How do you hold / clamp 2 pieces of aluminum together to tack weld them for Tee, lap or corner welding? LOL magnets will not work.

I am new to TIG welding I will only reply to the smallest tank. I bought an 80 cubic ft. tank it only lasted a week. When I went back for more gas and I asked about upgrading to a larger tank I was told that there is no exchange to a larger tank. I did buy the tank but I was hoping that there would ...

The potentiometer in the 250P a/c d/c is 10 ohm. While you have the foot pedal open make sure it is adjusted so you get full travel on the potentiometer. I have looked at a couple and none have been close.

New to The Forum
I have been hobby welding for many years. I recently bought the Yeswelder 250P AC/DC to learn to weld aluminum. I have mixed feelings about Yeswelder, their customer service is good but it is too bad that I have had to use their customer service.
