James, pulsed mig will not look anything like tig, as it is pulsing in the hundreds of time per second range.....my experience with it is it is not really pretty....
Miller 60M feeder and Miller 452, at least this was my experience....PRB

Otto Nobedder, sounds like what I do, with high voltage, move forward, then back into the puddle to let it fill, move forward to where the leading edge of puddle will be when it fills, then back half a puddle till it fills and repeat....20 to 21 volts, wire feed 230 ipm with .035 70-s6, ar/co2 75/25...

Minimum Circuit for Synchrowave 250
Man, I have this great machine, bu a very small circuit to use it on, what I need to know is what the minimum breaker I can use to run the machine at 135 amps?? I will shoot a memo to Miller, but getting a 100 amp breaker into the house is a problem...Thanks for the advice, BrownBess in 'sunny' Flor...

Well, kinda late in on the action, but I find not having a guard to be safer in most situations, and much more control able, I always wear gloves and refuse to use a grinder with no handle, I have been bitten only by using a grinder single handed. Now, while I am at it, I do like to use a welding he...
