All I've found is that the company was a subsidiary of Airco in 1938.

I'm looking for a bit of history .I have an old 'Wilson Welder and Metals Co , NY NY . Arc welding transformer, 60cycle 220v, 31 amp. Model MCT 102-22 Can anyone tell me about when it was made ?.Must have been a major company and their catalogs of 1916 and 1923 are available online .Latest reference...
