Bought myself a stick welder.

Its fairly old. Needs some new cords. The controls are funny you plug in the electrodes in the front and each plug ups the voltage a certain extent. I'm not upset at any one or trying to point a finger just wanted to point out that sweeping up that garbage should be done is all. Ads ya no problem but for someone posting about fake watches and junk it should have been taken off faster than it has been. I appreciate the work Jody does around here....

The machine I am using at work is a Lincoln precision 225. I t does have a balance setting on it. Any tips you guys or gals can give me would be appreciated.

Oh should be noted too that we only do about 30 of these pieces a year. So its not likely that they will spring for helium argon mix. I wish they would be he kind of scoffed at it. I saw the video on it great vid by the way. Having a little trouble though. Its very messy and I wonder if I am using too much pulse? I don't believe the machine has a balance adjustment.
