Re: I come from a land downunder (Hi)
Welcome aboard. The one thing that caught my eye looking at the ad was only an 18 month warranty. How long a manufacturer will stand behind their products speaks volumes. At least to me it does. I just shelled out $1100.00 on a tig inverter. The best price/features/warranty combination I could find ...

Re: Whip and pause with 6013s?
I spent a lot of years pounding 11018 and 8018 in the shipyard. Lots of pressure hull work.

Re: mig setting for auto body repair

Re: Bought a new machine!
Yeah, them "European" style torches really bite the big one. I'm gonna set up a WP 9 on a 20 ft. hose/cable so I have the torch and a light weight "whip" to deal with only and go foot pedal. Most of what I do is light gauge stuff. Motorcycle related stuff so a stubby WP 9 setup s...

Bought a new machine!
Hey guys and girls. I decided it was time to step up and join the 21's century and retire my old 1970's technology. Had a Miller Dialarc that was giving me nothing but headaches. Also had a Miller HF-20 (1000 amps capability) and a Hobart Stickmate. Well, I offed all of them and made enough to buy a...
