Miller Diversion 165 TIG Welder

Has any one used this welder. I need a tig with AC, or I want an AC machine! Any input would be great. -Jack

20% duty cycle means 2 minutes of continuos welding out of 10 minutes. Then it starts all over when you drop the trigger.
