Problem solved! One main issue and one smaller one. Biggest issue was I ASSumed that since I never touch pre-flow adjustment it would be where I always leave it set. I should have mentioned, I tried 3 different Argon bottles from 2 suppliers with the same result. Weird :o To me that does look just like the weld being affected by oxygen.
