I have a 2013 250EX ,only replaced on/off switch ,used a OMRON amazon switch.
Have actually welded at max 250,
Fan is loud
No other problems, have a syncrowave 250 next to it,Everlast 1st choice.

From new furnaces to I Phones all late model electronics in order to be price point cheap have a short time life.. My 30 yr old Motorola brick phone works but can't/won't carry digital signals. So it is upgrade every 2 yrs failed or not.

Not having read/researched a question before asking(insert whatever).
Just asking questions without a basic knowledge is a waste of time for both questioned and questioner.

For home shop HSS tooling all that is needed, been down the road of insert carbide,expense too much for return,will chip and dull without correct feed/speed and lots of coolant(messy).
