Cj I hope that guy taught you to clean your welds between passes, or at least how to remove mill scale /oxidation. File and hammer? Sounds fun!

All the best grinders are metabos, with that said it’s the most expensive by almost double than most. I have had the flathead verison for 3 years now, it’s an unreplaceable tool! I have found using a flapper wheel on any other brand than the metabo drains the battery extremely fast. I mostly use the...

Same questions as Poland but to me it looks like the gap is wide, you shouldn’t be able to fit your 1/8 rod though to the backside, causing you to keyhole the gap open, then allowing you to push the rod into the backside and get some build up.

I like the greenlee chuck and holesaws but lenox is a good hole vs cost.

What are you welding steel or al? What is your tungsten? How are you preping your tungsten? What’s your base metal condition? I might not be able to answer your question but put some more info out there and someone will help you out!

Everything arclight said is true, but you could also try to search a WEP-14-150, it’s the older model. Again arclight is right the metabo super slicer the one the best cut off wheels but try out a CGW quickie, best cut and durability for the money.
