i was just trying to make the point new tig welders (and old ones with bad sight) can spend a lot of time sharpening stuck tungsten.
not that you need to go out and buy a grinder.
thought someone would pick up on that but oh well.

buy a tungsten grinder

all the above and an aluminum-specific die grinder with a light touch helps.

i have one of those and when you want to tack, hit the tungsten and light up!!

yes i have the part numbers. FYI, the people at Morse are not very helpful.
ill try granger.
what I need area set brushes for my 9" circular and 14" chop saw.
both saw are excellent but not if you can't get parts.

if you want really clean close tolerance round holes you margin or double margin drills.

ditto on the shop vac bag they save the filters.
a drywaller showed me that he carefully cuts and empties the bags and retapes them for several uses.

if you don't need heat, portable units work great. had them in my old shop in nj,

be aware, mini's do not like a lot of dust.

I have mini's in my front (house) garage and in my rear smaller garage. (weld/machine shop)
the bonus is the units are up and out of the way and they keep the room at a constant temp and humidity.
i use the heat the winter to do the same job. very reasonable to operate.

looks like a long arc weld.

my wife use the smoke alarm as cooking timer.........

make a third hand with copper ends. eliminates arc strikes
