I guess no one here has done business with Lotos.

Has anyone else had trouble getting responses from Lotos? I tried three times to contact them with a question about my new Lotos BLCT520D. They acknowledged receipt of the email, but I have never heard back from them.

I am retired and a metal working hobyist. I am not a welder, but I can stick metal together without it looking like a mud dobber nest (I am old, and my hands are not steady.)
