Re: Decent plasma cutter for garage fab stuff?

I do hand cut metal art with plasma and I am running an Everlast Power Plasma 50 and love it. I cut stuff from 22 gauge to 1/2" no problem. It is dual voltage and cost $800ish (had it for a couple years haven't priced it lately) I use it every day without problems. Great machine!

I primed it good and painted it with automotive paint and clear coated it. Turned out slick.

Re: SA 200 doors

Thanks I tried them on the machine the other night and the hinges were a 1/2" off from hooking up, since I didn't have a machine to try them on I was happy with my shooting in the dark. All I have left is to drill out the robots and move on hinge a 1/2" and call it good.

Re: S10 Hitch

I plan on testing the hitch this weekend. I have over a grand worth of deliveries and projects and I need some extra space so my neighbor is loaning me his 4x8 utility trailer. Unfortunately tonight we were rebuilding my trucks rear end so hoping that holds lol

Re: S10 Hitch

This thing is bolted in three places, two are indirectly bolted to the frame one is where the ball bolts to tow with anyways so I know it isn't going to break and anything that truck can move and stop safely will never break that hitch!

Re: S10 Hitch

It is to display hitch covers and a place to hook a chain in case I need pulled that is mainly it. I guarantee it will hold up to whatever the truck can move. It is only a 2wd 4cylinder truck so it will power out before it breaks.

Re: S10 Hitch

I'm not a TIG snob it's just that my mig welder is too small to handle 1/4" and I didn't want to open my only can of Excalibur 7018 and the only other rods I had were some wet 6013 so I opted for TIG
