I have no idea at all where I'm originally from I was a Navy Brat, but the last place before I got to Virginia Beach Virginia was the middle of the woods in NW Arkansas, closest town was Clinton.
Now after retiring form the Navy myself I'm stuck in Va Beach for the rest of my life :)

Re: Need help witha possible problem

I haven't spoke with Miller or Lincoln but I did call Arcet welding supply and spoke with their service and sales reps, the both said that the control box ALL work on the Ranger, The service rep said the control box (WC115A) will work on any welder with the proper setup, so I need to see if an old L...

I work for the City of Va beach school system as a fence and fabrication mechanic, I do fences (yep its true) and build many things out of nothing and I usually end up welding my own parts together. Here's my delima, for the last four years I have been doing my job with an old Thermoarc welder that ...

I use it around the house all time on bikes and lawn mowers here in my neighborhood, I even built a trailer hitch ( class 1) with a .035 Flux core. Mines an old Century powermate 70.
I'm gonna replace it with a newer one come Feb.

Re: Flux core wire
