Re: EDDAS on the cheap workshop tools

Re: EDDAS on the cheap workshop tools
I brought the jd2 die ( expensive lol)
ATM I'm bending 1 1/8 x .120 wall dom steel tube
The reason I built the bender and stand is so doing that I saved the amount of money I needed to buy a die set
And I built it wide enough to take up to the 2.5 inch die

Re: metal cutting chop saws +-
I was lucky enough to pick up a macc cold saw cheap at a auction a few years back I love it , but the cost is big , for it to be efficient at cutting you need quite a few blades because you need to match your teeth count to the metal your cutting For solid bar like 1 inch bright bar you need a 120 1...

Oh the black art of strokes tuning, I've built a lot of 2 stokes but never ventured into expansion chamber design My basic understanding is they are tuned lenght , because 2 strokes don't have valves they use returning exhaust plus to push the full mix back into the combustion chamber just as the pi...

When it comes to the pro gear we leave that to the German company ewm , Here is my picomig mig 180 multiprocess plus Maybe you could start a thread with more pictures and a review of these machines in the MIG section. I have a sweet spot for welding machines abroad. Seeing I have stated that I work...
