There is NO WAY I would trust Harbor Freight with my eyesight. I bought the higher end USA logo large viewing area helmet from Miller. Don't regret paying that higher price one bit, a great helmet.

Very good question. I'm not sure........... But it's now the only saw I use for cutting aluminum sheet. When their black friday sale came around I even bought 10 spare blades for it. Also not a bad price for this small saw even when it's not on sale.

Depending on what you want to cut (ie: aluminum sheet, iron pipe, etc) would depend on what I would recommend. Typo on my part, I stated Brass, but the original suggestion was BRONZE for a straight cutting edge (1"x2"x48").

Amazing discovery: my metal provider does not offer Brass Flat Stock nor did he doesn't know of anyone who does. I thought for sure he would at least guide me on where to find it. Search on the Internet, here I come.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it. I have only had the plasma cutter for 3 days now so still playing around with it. The user manual is not very helpful in suggesting the amp setting for metal thickness unfortunately unless I need more coffee to understand it.
