Almost new guy back again
Back with more flux core questions. I have a Northern 125 AC flux core welder. I have seen where people have modified the AC welders to run DCEN. Do you think it would be worth while ?? It be about $40-$50 to buy the rectifier and filter capacitor. Thanks Jay

Hello all. Bought a cheap Northern mig welder to teach myself to weld. Got a few retirement projects and finally have the time. Only problem is my teacher doesn't know how to weld. Help !!!
