Check out http://www.flashcutcnc.com , they used to provide controllers and software for Torchmate....now they offer controllers, software and Torch height control for upgrading plasma cnc machines. Not Mach based, was designed for plasma cutting so it appears pretty intuitive.

If the unit is a CSA (Version for North America) is will operate on any voltage between 200 and 600 volts, single or three phase. There is no relinking required, just two wires and a ground for single phase and 3 wires and a ground for three phase. Instructions for wiring the input cable are in the ...

The Powermax30 Air has only been available for just over 2 months...it is a brand new product. Therefore....there are not a whole lot of users yet, although I have one in my home shop. I'll be happy to answer any specific questions....I do work for Hypertherm, but am not here to promote.
