I was kind of thinking pulse mig. Sorry I forgot to mention it is steel if that makes a difference. Butt here is why it is off. They saw this lack of fusion and wanted to fix it. Most the others look like the first post but this one you can see start and stop as well as different travel at beginning...

If this pic shows up its a frame to cab mount bracket for a newish International semi truck and wondering what process they would be using to get this? Plate is 1/2" thick to give idea and weld legs are about 1/2" also . I can get better pic of whole bracket. This may be a long shot but ju...
