Hey mate , Some of the gas lenses you see in BOC stores are CK gas lenses just rebranded with the BOC name . If you ring them and have trouble finding someone that knows anything about CK products which I'm guessing you will then ask to speak with a Jamie Natoli or email him on Jamie.Natoli@boc.com ...

Hey David , I have the 210 EXT and set my balance around 25 to 35 % depending on the material . 25% on new ally 35% on older dirtier stuff . Yes mate i know its ridiculous but apparently not at that shop, I'm aware that the CK jumbo gas lens is about $80 but i didn't see the weldtec one . Hey mate try a few more amps awhile adding a little filler and it will flow into the corner . Its all about that seat time and remember to be on the ball with it , cause depending on the thickness and what joint it is it will chew that corner off or blow a hole in it as quick as looking at it. Absolutely the case. More mass = more heat needed for the same thickness. Especially for aluminum since it transfers heat so efficiently. Mild steel not so much. Stainless even less of a change. I totally agree with Dave on this but i also have found that stepping up to the next size tungsten ( 1/8...

Hey Mate, I'm with Mike ALU BRITE for clean up works very well and soap for your sandpaper stops ally clogging it up not real sure what it is made of just comes in a foil tray from my LWS . I think Jody mentioned in a recent video he used some shower soap .
