Plugging a 3 prong 240V plug into a 4 prong 240V receptacle

Hello yall, I have a Lincoln 210MP which has a 3 prong 240V plug on it. The closest receptacle I can plug it into is the one for my oven which is a 4 prong 240V receptacle.
