A favor in return?

I gotta get my guess in here. I think he's indicating that he is a Miller fan.
Of course lately, I've been wrong a lot.
Cheers.

Hey fellas, we recently stopped shipping to Ireland because we were frequently getting return orders and other issues that lead to making folks unhappy over there. If it's TIG Fingers your looking for, you should be able to amazon a couple. Shipping might be pretty pricey though.

Eldon,

First, I like the explanation for "dancing with the blue lady".

Second, if you have an auto-parts store with high-performance stuff, you can buy a material similar to the TIG finger as a spark plug boot protector, and make a rough approximation that will do the trick. Not quite as slick or easy, but a couple or three layers on the abused fingers will save you the burn cream.

Have you considered asking to become Ireland's exclusive distributor for Weldmonger products? A fair-sized drop-ship twice a year, and you'd be the most popular metal mechanic on the island.... 8-)

Thanks for the suggestions lads.im after finding genuine ones on ebay UK.
They are a bit more expensive, but at least I don't have to hassle anyone with reposting them

There would be a huge amount of legalities to consider if I imported and sold them here legitimately.would be nice to always have a stock on hand.

Has anyone tried the xl version? My plan was to slip a standard one inside it for those times when the pipe is nuclear hot

Cheers

I have the XL, and quite like it. Depending on the weld position, I'll slip my last two fingers in it and rest my middle finger on it. Or, I'll slip the middle and third finger in it, and shield my "pinky" behind.

I've even used it on my rod hand when I have to feed from very near the weld.

So did they decide that "dancing with the blue lady" had to do with the arc or with Big Blue Miller?

I need to know. Why doesn't anyone keep up with important stuff like this anymore?

Sigh.

He said dancing with the blue lady had to do with the arc. It's somewhere in the topic, because I asked and he answered.

That's excellent, though I'm not privy to the details of how it came about.

Good on Jody for sorting it out!

Actually, congratulations probably go to Joseph Collier, Jody's son, who does an awesome job for this forum! I have no doubt he was responsible for sorting out this issue, as Jody has his hands quite full.

If you have to ask yourself, "Should I use the two-ply condom?"

You should probably not consider shagging her...
