Welding Tips and Tricks

I am finding my self doing dual shield and I am looking all over the web looking for pointer on it but I can not find a thing about it. There are videos showing people doing it but not the technique they use, and none are very informational. I might be overlooking a video that has been done if so could some one point me in the right direction?
