I'm not looking for anything to print off and lay directly on the pipe- looking for sheets that explain how to layout and make a paper template for 45 and 90 laterals. The blue book is good at showing how to layout laterals onto the pipe, but I worked with a fitter who had a binder full of every lateral you need and gave measurements on how to make a template. Unfortunately he dragged up when I was at an appointment in the morning, then I walked off the job later that week so I never got his number, and I'm having problems finding this via Google. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

If Algebra isn't your sort of thing and you like laying stuff out, http://navybmr.com/study%20material/142 ... 1A_ch2.pdf

Starts on page 16.

It's super easy to jot down a cheat sheet afterwards for what ever it is you're fitting up afterwards that you can reference later.
