General welding questions that dont fit in TIG, MIG, Stick, or Certification etc.
Anyone know what this is?

It came out of my Dad's machinist tool box. I've seen it before but I can remember what it is.. It's driving me crazy!!

Adjustable tool holder for a turret tool post usually used on a turret lathe.

It is a holder for turret lathes and screw machines
