Anyone seen this guy before? Its called the arc pig. www.arcpig.com Check it out. It is a lower cost add-on that produces hi freq for tigging. I'm interested in seeing what our expert panel says about this little guy. If I get enough good response I may venture into buying one.

Looks interesting, it's cheaper than a Miller/Lincoln HF unit(as well as being self powered), so I'd consider one for my scratch start setup on an engine welder. I wonder if it'll sustain an AC waveform, so you can do Al/Mg off an engine welder(yes, I know 50/50 balance is gonna eat tungstens) S/F.....Ken M
