I present, my youngest son's, first aluminum TIG beads. *snif*

"Watch the sides, watch the sides. . ." 220 amps AC, 1/8" pure, 5356 filler.

He's already built a couple easy parts from 1" anodized pipe and the welds were satisfactory enough for sale. 1 hour of training at most for the welds above, a couple days teaching geometry/fractions/tape measure, usable sides of cut lines etc for the real work.
