Anyone know where to get silver filter lenses? My last one is in my hood and I've grown partial to them.

Needing a huntsman quick slide hood with the 4x5 lense too. Heard they discontinued this model. Hate getting attached to my tools.

I like the silver, as well, but haven't searched in so long, I can't help.

I'm sure the answer will pop up soon, though.

No.

The silver provides a dramatically different contrast and flare filtering than the "gold".

Silver will show you what's going on in a 6010/6011 root like you've never seen before.

Found 1 silver mirror lense on the Internet. Everyone I've spoken with tells me they are not being made anymore.
I did try a gold mirror made by Phillips safety. Highly recommend it. Very good quality German glass. Closest Thing I've used to the old Lincoln hi-viz lense. Nice blue/green color and reduced flare. Puddle appears white.

Most gold mirror lenses I have used have a red color. Hard for me to distinguish puddle from base metal.

i have a gold lens and liked it but it was made of plastic and the gold coating was kinda flimsy and thin in spots. i saw those phillips gold lenses online and meant to order one but got sidetracked. thanks for the reminder.
