The fair city of Mount Tabor VT USA, a town of 200 people. A town with about 25,000 acres. The us Forest Service, Green Mountain National Forest has surveyed 25000 acres. The state of VT Department of Fish and Game owns another 2000 acres. New England Forestry Foundation must have several hundred. Still there is 150 or so parcels in private ownership. I know, the math doesn't add up.
