Ok guys I have three helmets that I use at work one is an older 4x4 #14 shade Jackson, but the other two are my primary's one is a Chicago Electric welding systems model 94336, of course its no longer made, but Mine works GREAT, and I have another that was given to me free when the city turned the golf courses over to private contractors, and I have no idea at all who makes it, so if I post a picture or two on here can somebody PLEASE tell me what kind it is?
All I know is it takes a CR2032 battery.

the rain let up so I went out to the Jeep and hot the helmet so here's a couple of pictures of it

I really like the looks of the one in your pictures. It is made by Sellstrom and I've never seen one around here. I sent them an email today to see if there are any distributors in our area.
That extended piece at the bottom might come in handy. I have a long beard! LOL
