when i was in welding school, there was a hispanic(argintinia) guy who was really good with a 6010 rod. So good in fact, the teacher thought he was using 7018. I asked him how he did it, and he showed me a training manual written in both spanish and russian. He said that in argentinia they learned the soviet method. I've never seen another manual like this, has anyone else?
