there is a rig welder website, but as I just found out, Google warns that it might be hacked. Not sure what happened to it.

was more curious on finding some guys to ask questions off.. not much for doing that but they all do seem to run rigs and engine drives to good resourse to ask about those kinda things.

Not currently, I'm a student, but maybe in the near future. I've been stick welding a lot of open root pipe and I'm not sure if I'm going to go the pipeliner route or stick to TIG welding indoors. I enjoy both, and I'm a little better at the latter, but several aspects about pipelining are appealing. You might find this youtuber really interesting. He's a pipeliner in British Columbia and has a lot of videos are that are enjoyable.
