I bought what I thought was the entire kit for my hardhat and welding hood, but I only got the part that attaches to the hard hat. This is after waiting 6 weeks, a long discussion through email and calling their Indian support line (it was great). It ended with me getting put on hold to "get someone who could help me" and then I'd have to explain again, and they'd put me on hold and we'd start over again.
Sorry for the rant, but after this debacle I just want to buy some damn quick pins from a reputable site, but the whole kit seems difficult to find. Don't buy anything from industrialsafetyproducts!
