I have
9 of the Irwin locking C clamps in 4 different sizes
1 irwin 24" bar clamp
2 of the Stronghand 12" F clamps that are reversible

And always watching my local Craigslist...

Horrible freight clamps are fine here. They hold and squeeze panels in place just fine. Not for real hard use though and if you lose or weld one to death you don’t really care much. I keep my Irwin’s for the ugly stuff vise grips are made for.

I have about a dozen original Petersen Vise Grip locking "C" clamps I bought over the years from Ebay and the Garage Journal's CLassified section. Some have swivel feet and some don't. That's about all I need plus a couple cheap Hobart angle clamps.
