poor welds

What's causing my tig welds to start off good then starts to have holes in them, Squarewave 200, 125 amps, 20 cfh welding 1/4 in steel plate lap joint

Are you welding hot rolled, cold rolled, how are you prepping (cleaning) the material?

This might be a good time to post a picture. There are many things that could be described as holes, but each may be caused by a different problem. Then we can narrow down the things you may want to check. A picture of an uncleaned weld and the tungsten will be the most helpful.
