You have been here less than a week, and you are trying to lure members over to some chat room that you just started. Just a heads up, that is considered rude by a lot of forums.
Why in the world would I even consider going to your site? Not trying to slam you, just putting a bit of reality on the subject. This site has a good group of members, and a lot of knowledge. It seems to be well managed, and the rules are enforced at a level that strikes me as fair. There are some real experts on this site. Stick around, there is a lot to learn about welding here.

As for your offer of the new site...... thanks, but no thanks.

Can't be any good if you have to pilfer members from other forums.
But hey, hang in there, all the ass hats cut from other forums need a place to hang, good luck with that.
