Try to strike an arc and only get little sparks. What’s wrong with it?

Stick or Tig?
Try putting switch in Local Control and see if it makes a difference.
Do the fans cycle on for 3 seconds when welder is turned on?
Is input voltage correctly set?
Was the welder working, and suddenly quit?
We need a bit more history.

What input voltage are you running?
Single phase, or 3 phase?
Give us a bit more history. Did it quit while welding?

Do I understand correctly..... when you turn the power switch on, fans do not run at all, and the Overheat light light comes and stays on.
You should get fans and light for about 3 seconds. Then the fans should stop, and the Overheat light goes out. The Pre-Charge relay closes, and the welder is ready to weld.
There are 3 thermostats inside that are connected in series. They open during overheat. If one is open, or a wire is broken, the control board will think the welder is overheated and not allow welding.
There is also a circuit that monitors voltage on the main input capacitors. If the voltage is high or low, it will kill the output.

hi bud
The invertec are great machines, I use the v350-pro myself. When i have a problem with my machine, I unplug it or cut the power to it for a week or more. It will drain the power from the computer and force a hard reset. If you can get me the model number I can send you diagrams and spec sheets for your machine. v275-s - _______ it should be one of these 11165, 10993, 11001, 11164,11224,11446,K2666-1 or 11225
good luck bud
