Thanks I'm a full-time tinker just like playing around in the shop and have more fun building things then using them lol.

Nicely built. Might want to add a restraining strap to the welder ledge.

I'm curious about the wheels. It seems they may be too tucked up too tight to provide ample clearance over rolling it around the shop floor?

Cj737 usually once I get the welder out it just sits in one spot so not much rolling around but once it is swept up it rolls good. As far as rolling around it don't do to bad the rear wheels are 4" diameter with about .125 clearance to closest material the front wheels are 1.25" diameter and the have .0625 clearance to material. I was trying to keep it low since there was three units going into the cart ( tig, mig, water cooler) or I would of let more clearance to the floor. Currently there is 1" of ground clearance.
