JODY MIA??? No response from Weldmonger and Emails

I am getting a little concerned about our welding guru's lack of presence, which is out of charecter .

I hope Jody and crew are healthy and this going dark is just a technical glitch.

If you send a message to Jody here, you probably won't get a respond. I don't think he has time to use the forum too much so probably won't see any PMs sent here.

If you want to get a quick response, send a message to the contact info on the Weldmonger site, they will at least get it to him and Garrett usually responds promptly. You can try his Instagram DM also, I'm not sure what type of luck you will have there, but he does reply in his posts on IG if you comment, at least he has to some of mine in the past.

Not necessarily trying to contact them here, more seeing if anyone knew if Garrette & Co. are OK is all. The way I have usually communicated has always been prompt...I am just a little concerned given all the illness going around is all....

I bought some stuff from them recently on the Weldmonger site and Garrett responded promptly and got my order out which arrived already.

Actually took them a couple days once it was fulfilled to get it to the P.O., but still damn good considering the crisis. And I am pretty much worst case scenario as I live across the entire country.

I sent Garrett a message on Fri. and he replied in 2 hours.

His reply was pretty late EST time, IMO, I think about 10:00pm.

Make sure you're using info@weldmonger.com if you're having problems.

Garrett seems to handle most of the orders that go through Weldmonger. He's the one that replies and updates with a tracking info as I recall and/or who you follow up with when you place an order.
