I am sorry if this is a dumb question. I just purchased a brand new trailblazer 325. Is there anything I need to do it before I start it for the first time?

Have you read the owner's manual for it? If I were you, I'd check to see if there was oil in the crankcase and fuel in the fuel tank. Oh and welcome. I'd have read that manual top-to-bottom 2x it I had that brand new machine that I was unfamiliar with. Just saying. :D

I'd have to agree with Oscar. Read the manual, look at all the pictures and familiarize yourself with the "parts" of the machine you will be dealing with on a regular basis. don't mean to sound like a dipass, but for crying out loud, check the fluid levels before touching the key. Had a guy get a "new" position and messed up somehow by putting fuel in the radiator...I think old ginger was having an agent orange attack. I don't think I need to go further on that one.
gramps.
